About the Role
As an ideal JvM Strategist, you are primarily curious: curious to dive deep into markets and follow global and regional trends, curious to understand brands and penetrate their core and context, curious to evaluate the needs and behaviors of target groups and consumers, and curious to grasp the mainstream and niche of today's pop culture.
Responsibilities
- Translate relevant insights from comprehensive research into concise briefings that inspire creatives.
- Develop brand strategies, sharpen positioning, and create communication platforms and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate closely with creative, consulting, and client teams, and support creative processes.
- Structure complex challenges and derive clear strategic recommendations.
- Shape outstanding campaigns from day one.
- Contribute to a diverse team and learn from colleagues.
Requirements
- Several years of experience.
- Ability to distill complex correlations into concise points.
- Proficiency in using research tools such as B4P, Statista, and GWI.
- Experience in strategic brand development, positioning, and communication strategy.
- Experience working with creative, consulting, and client teams.
- Ability to structure complex challenges and derive strategic recommendations.
