About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and client-orientated Senior Network Consultant to join our Integrated Global Services branch. You will be a member of our Service Delivery team, working on multiple projects with various clients. Your role will involve building trusted relationships and providing consultancy services for the design and implementation of industry-leading network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop network technology solutions considering business and technical requirements, sizing, existing infrastructure, data protection, security, and recovery objectives.
• Design and/or implement standard or custom technical solutions.
• Participate in operational escalations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system problems.
• Participate in the implementation of network and system security measures.
• Create relevant documentation, including design diagrams, bill of materials, and transition to operations information.
• Gather customer needs and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT environment with network architecture design and deployment.
• Experience with networking and security.
• Experience working with Azure, Azure AI services, AWS, GCP and Chat GPT.
• Ability to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and training on implemented systems.
• Ability to perform network assessments and design recommendations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve network issues.
