About the Role

Jensen Hughes is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused professional to conduct Fire Safety Training at all levels of an organization, typically in healthcare. This role will also provide emergency management consulting, including support of Long-Term Care Mutual Aid Plans, program assessments, HVAs, plan/procedure design, training, and drills/exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging hands-on and classroom-based training in fire safety, fire response, and surgical fire prevention.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client engagements, establish trust, build long-term partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and run meetings, workshops, and exercises with healthcare and emergency response partners.
  • Excel at public speaking engagements with clear and concise messages.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying growth opportunities and supporting proposal development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new service offerings and thought leadership content.
  • Stay current with evolving regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment and effectively manage communications.
  • Desire to grow client engagements and develop business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; adaptable to emerging technologies and platforms.
