  • Lead integration between PM/EAM and Materials Management processes, ensuring seamless maintenance-driven procurement, inventory availability, goods movement, logistics execution, and warehouse coordination.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional designs, configure solutions, support testing activities, and deliver successful implementations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with SAP technical teams and external partners to support integrations, enhancements, issue resolution, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the SAP S/4HANA roadmap.
  • Maintain solution documentation, ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements, provide functional leadership, and develop training materials that support user adoption and ongoing capability development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience as a Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, or Senior Business Analyst.
  • Deep expertise configuring and supporting SAP PM within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Proven experience with SAP Fiori applications, role-based user experiences, and maintenance process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of PM/MM integration, maintenance-driven procurement, inventory management, and supply chain collaboration.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, configuration dependencies, and cross-functional integration with MM and Finance.
  • Experience working within SAP RISE environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: SAP certifications in PM, EAM, PS, or SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP Project Systems (PS), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and asset-intensive industries such as mining, manufacturing, utilities, or energy.
