About the Role
This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours, supporting investor services with a focus on client inquiries, document management, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Outlook Investor Services inboxes and respond to routine client inquiries.
- Handle ad-hoc requests efficiently.
- Post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal.
- Coordinate with other departments for approvals and upcoming posts.
- Manage investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables.
- Ensure smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
- Assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance.
- Collaborate with team and clients to uphold standards.
- Assess operational effectiveness and suggest improvements for process development.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in investor services, private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment firms.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and fund administration for alternative investments.
- Exceptional client service, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Consistently deliver accurate, detail-oriented work at high volume.
- Manage multiple demands and tight deadlines, including overtime when required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
