About the Role

The Maintenance Aide will be the first point of contact for any concerns related to the facilities of the home, providing support in the maintenance department, painting operations, and general upkeep to ensure company standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the maintenance department, painting operations of the home, general upkeep, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Assist with property maintenance, including exterior duties such as snow removal, property lighting, and garbage management.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Participate in company meetings as assigned.
• Attend in-service education programs.

Requirements

• A negative vulnerable sector check completed within 6 months of the start date.
• TB Testing.
