About the Role

This hands-on management role involves overseeing multiple or joint energy efficiency programs with limited senior leadership support. You will manage program budgets, strategic direction, team development, and client relationships to ensure energy efficiency goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple or joint energy efficiency programs
  • Oversee program operations to ensure client requirements are met
  • Manage program budgets to ensure full utilization of funds and achievement of energy goals
  • Actively engage in talent management, including interviewing, resource planning, and performance evaluations
  • Provide client communications and reporting
  • Support partner and client contract management
  • Build and maintain relationships with client program teams and trade allies
  • Lead and support company-wide safety efforts
  • Orchestrate work between centralized functions and program staff
  • Develop and deliver client presentations
  • Ensure successful delivery of program goals as indicated in the Statement of Work
  • Develop and manage production plans
  • Prepare monthly invoices and activity reports
  • Report on program performance and financial metrics
  • Collaborate with Business Development on program design and client expansions
  • Identify and resolve operational issues
  • Achieve internal revenue targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 or more years of management experience or 2 or more years of experience in managing energy efficiency programs
  • Proven track record of high-level performance in meeting goals
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
