About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lot Attendant to join our team at Bob Johnson Certified. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the automotive industry. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal of our lot and supporting our sales team in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the lot and facility are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Park vehicles, wash cars, and clear debris from the grounds.
• Ensure all vehicles have proper window stickers, prices, and marketing materials.
• Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries by washing them and vacuuming interiors.
• Assist sales staff with daily tasks, such as moving vehicles for test drives, organizing keys, and preparing vehicles for customer pickup.
• Work closely with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Must have a Driver's License.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently while also following directions from supervisors.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing time effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations for data entry and vehicle management systems.
• Must be able to work well with others and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
