About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Senior to join our East Finchley Nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-quality early years provider, offering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental needs
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
- Monitor and celebrate children’s developmental milestones
- Build strong, positive relationships with families
- Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
Requirements
- The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment.
- This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)
- Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- Strong communication skills and a passion for childcare
- A commitment to delivering excellence in early years education
