About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized HR Office Manager (f/m/d) to support the Vice President Human Resources Central & Northern Europe (CNE). This is a full-time position based in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to the Vice President HR by proactively managing a complex calendar, business priorities and people demands
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the executive office and ensure efficient administrative processes
- Organize internal/external meetings, workshops, governance forums and committees, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, minutes and follow-up of agreed actions
- Translate complex information into concise and audience-oriented communication for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing documents and executive decision papers
- Support the preparation of strategic discussions and leadership meetings
- Manage administrative and governance processes for the Center of Expertise (CoE) Industrial Relations, including legal correspondence, document management and committee administration
- Support the coordination of Joint Works Council matters, collective bargaining-related processes and social dialogue activities, ensuring effective planning, preparation and follow-up
- Monitor decisions, milestones and action items to ensure timely execution, transparency and accountability across the organization
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and relevant work experience or University degree or comparable qualification
- Experience in an assistant, referent or project-oriented role, ideally within an HR or legal environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Excellent skills in preparing presentations and management documentation
- Structured, proactive and independent working style
- High level of discretion and professionalism

- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
