Responsibilities
- Manage application of planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and earned value management.
- Provide expert project controls advice, influencing complex requirements, analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage and develop high-performing planning teams, delivering schedule management services.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver profitable outcomes and net zero transition.
- Provide strategic leadership for planning delivery across projects, tenders, and defined business areas.
- Support negotiations, governance, and long-term functional strategy with integrity and due diligence.
- Develop inclusive, high-performing teams through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and client engagement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience applying planning techniques across complex, multi-disciplinary sectors.
- Degree educated in construction or engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Advanced knowledge of schedule management tools and industry-standard software.
- Clear, concise communicator with strong awareness of emerging industry and professional trends.
