Responsibilities

• Manage and develop high-performing planning teams, delivering schedule management services.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver profitable outcomes and net zero transition.
• Provide strategic leadership for planning delivery across projects, tenders, and defined business areas.
• Support negotiations, governance, and long-term functional strategy with integrity and due diligence.
• Develop inclusive, high-performing teams through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and client engagement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience applying planning techniques across complex, multi-disciplinary sectors.
• Degree educated in construction or engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Advanced knowledge of schedule management tools and industry-standard software.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong awareness of emerging industry and professional trends.
