About the Role
Love Childcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for a highly regarded organization in the childcare sector, known for its commitment to staff wellbeing. This role is ideal for a manager looking for a new challenge within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of quality in the nursery environment, resources, and children's experiences.
- Manage all administrative duties related to the nursery.
- Ensure the nursery remains fully compliant with all regulations.
- Recruit, induct, support, train, and appraise staff to ensure high-quality childcare.
- Deploy staff effectively to meet and maintain required standards.
- Ensure nursery practice and provision meet Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
- Provide professional feedback to parents/carers regarding their child.
- Foster professional relationships between staff and parents/carers.
- Promote the nursery to current and prospective customers.
Requirements
- A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- Proven experience in managing or leading in an Early Years/Nursery setting with a coaching approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proven experience and evidence of improving performance.
- Ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders.
