About the Role

We are expanding Studio Natura and seeking someone to actively shape this growth. In this role, you will support new locations from the initial idea to the opening day, including researching locations, evaluating economic viability, coordinating trades, and ensuring smooth openings. You will work directly with the founder, gain insight into entrepreneurial decisions, and make a visible impact from day one.

Responsibilities

Expansion & Location Development
Proactive research of new locations (high street, transport hubs, high-traffic areas) including off-market acquisition and direct approach
Building and maintaining contacts with brokers and owners
Conducting location analyses: footfall, location quality, competition, and economic viability
Creating business cases and decision proposals for management
Accompanying contract negotiations in close coordination with management
Developing a pre-opening strategy

Requirements

Master's degree or advanced Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Management
Structured, independent work style with high initiative
Confident handling of numbers and basic understanding of economic valuations
Strong communication skills in dealing with external partners
Resilience and solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment
Very good German language skills; English is an advantage
