About the Role

We are seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of Product Managers and oversee a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions on the Unframe platform. This role involves navigating ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, working directly with customers to identify needs, solve problems, and lead the team in creating valuable solutions. You will have end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities and driving 0→1 products and POCs from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Collaborate closely with customers to identify the most impactful problems (use cases with clear ROI) and define success metrics before development.
Operate in ambiguous environments, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined.
Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making critical product and trade-off decisions regarding speed, stability, and scope.
Own a portfolio of solutions for one or more enterprise customers, prioritizing multiple parallel engagements.
Support PMs with daily tasks, assisting with prioritization, trade-offs, and unblocking issues to ensure solution progress.
Balance execution speed with long-term quality, reusability, and product vision.
Identify patterns across solutions and advocate for reuse and productization in collaboration with the Platform team.
Mentor and develop PMs, enhancing their product judgment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.

Requirements

Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints.
7+ years of product management experience.
2+ years of experience leading Product Managers.
Experience in high-growth or complex environments.
Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making.
Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production.
Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers.
