About the Role
This role is key to creating a positive, engaging, and well-organised workplace at Leaf Living. The position blends office management, people experience, and events, requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, credibility, and a warm, approachable style. As part of the People and Culture team, you will act as an ambassador for the company, championing values and creating a positive, welcoming experience for all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate internal events, off-sites, team-building activities and conferences.
- Manage logistics for company events, including venues, suppliers and schedules.
- Coordinate employee and business travel arrangements.
- Support the coordination of meetings and schedules.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors and assist with general office enquiries.
- Assist with the management and tracking of office budgets.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Assist or direct employee inquiries on HR matters.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Leaf Living’s offices.
- Manage office supplies, equipment and inventory, including ordering and supplier coordination.
- Develop, implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, welcoming and inclusive office environment.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and renewals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Deliver initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement and belonging.
- Plan and manage employee engagement activities, internal events, and company-wide celebrations.
- Support and coordinate Leaf Living’s CSR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across office locations and remote staff.
- Implement and monitor health and safety measures within the workplace and with remote staff.
- Coordinate the issuance of appropriate health and safety equipment and devices to remote workers.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks and contribute to special projects.
- Adapt to changing office or business needs and provide flexible support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
