About the Role

LMC is searching for a CAS Senior Manager to join our CFO and Client Account Services Division. Our CFO and CAS team works to develop relationships with business owners to ensure they have the necessary information for their organization's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering accurate recommendations and considerations.
• Execute standardized deliverables packages including client meetings, general accounting & bookkeeping, complex financial statement preparation and analysis, cash flow management, and auditor management.
• Monitor WIP within engagement to ensure work is completed within budgeted time.
• Coach and develop a team of staff and senior accountants, providing actionable feedback and development opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell existing clients by partnering with leaders from other service lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting manager or controller role within public accounting.
• 2+ years’ experience managing client relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Available to work additional hours when necessary during tax season.
