About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Part-Time HR Manager to support the Senior HR Manager, focusing on employee relations across Europe and managing payroll processes. Responsibilities
- Support the Senior HR Manager on employee relations (ER) matters across multiple European jurisdictions, from routine queries through to more complex cases
- Line manage two payroll administrators (job share), providing day-to-day support, direction, and quality oversight
- Manage payroll and benefit processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting ongoing integration and process improvement
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Act as a trusted, knowledgeable point of contact for employees and managers with HR queries
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in a broad HR generalist or HR management role
- Strong employee relations background, with the confidence to advise and manage cases independently and an understanding of European employment considerations
- Experience managing payroll, ideally across multiple countries
- Strong organizational skills with a capability to juggle multiple priorities and to work independently
- Comfort with change, ambiguity, and being part of a function that is actively evolving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and motivation to build relationships
- Experience managing or mentoring others within an HR or payroll function
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
