About the Role

Our client is an internationally active IT service provider that supports large enterprise and public sector organizations in securing their IT, OT, and production environments. The Cybersecurity division is growing and strategically expanding its technical consulting expertise for industrial security platforms. We are looking for a Senior Consultant OT Security – Nozomi / Claroty (m/f/d) to support this expansion.

Responsibilities

Consulting clients on the introduction and further development of modern OT security solutions
Implementing, configuring, and integrating Nozomi Networks and/or Claroty in industrial customer environments
Connecting and analyzing OT, IoT, and production networks, and capturing relevant assets and communication relationships
Planning and conducting technical assessments in production and critical infrastructure environments
Conceiving OT security monitoring, asset discovery, and threat detection solutions
Integrating platforms into existing SOC, SIEM, network, and security architectures
Analyzing vulnerabilities, anomalies, and threats in industrial networks
Developing technical measures to improve visibility, segmentation, and security levels
Conducting customer workshops, technical presentations, and architecture discussions
Supporting proof of concepts, pilot projects, rollouts, and handover to operations
Creating technical documentation, operating concepts, and recommendations for action
Contributing to the further development of consulting services in the OT security field

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable degree program
Several years of professional experience in OT Security, Industrial Security, IoT Security, or industrial networks
Solid practical experience with Nozomi Networks and/or Claroty
Experience not only using the solutions but also implementing, configuring, and integrating them in customer environments
Experience in technical customer consulting and in conducting workshops and architecture discussions
Good understanding of industrial networks, production environments, and OT protocols
Knowledge of security monitoring, asset discovery, vulnerability management, and threat detection
Experience with integration into SIEM, SOC, or network security solutions
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements, such as IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, or KRITIS
Fluent German language skills at C1 level and good English language skills
High customer orientation, self-responsibility, and a structured way of working
