About the Role
Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives, evaluate and apply national and international ESG standards, and conceptualize decarbonization of commercial parks. This role involves creating budgets for sustainability measures, assessing CRREM paths, and technically evaluating energy-saving measures.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives
- Evaluation and implementation of national and international ESG standards
- Idea and concept development for the decarbonization of commercial parks
- Creation of budgets for specific sustainability measures
- Evaluation of the CRREM path with regard to budgeted measures
- Technical pre-qualification for the realization of energy-saving measures
- Tendering, obtaining offers, and awarding energy-saving measures
- Creation of technical feasibility studies for PV, LED, and heating projects
- Support and implementation of photovoltaic projects on commercial parks
- Project planning and implementation of LED projects in cooperation with property managers
- Creation and support of a process for applying for funding
- Independent execution of tendering and contract negotiations
- Support with the certification of buildings according to common sustainability standards
- Creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support and review of ESG due diligence in the context of acquisition processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies or training in the technical real estate sector
- Professional experience (min. 5 years) in construction management or in the execution of technical trades (PV, LED, heating)
- Good knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
- Good skills in creating reports and presentations
- Knowledge of national and international ESG standards
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, high initiative
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and decision-making ability
- Willingness to travel conditionally & driver's license
