About the Role
As an apprentice for office management, you will be the organizational heart of our campus. You will ensure that daily office operations run smoothly, serve as the first point of contact for guests, colleagues, and tenants, and gradually grow into a central role. You will work closely with the team, supporting all operational processes from daily office organization and supplier communication to event preparation and execution. We are committed to teaching you everything you need to know and will give you real responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
- Perform general secretarial and assistant tasks, including processing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls, and booking business trips.
- Create and format documents, ranging from letters and minutes to presentations and overviews.
- Coordinate and align daily office activities, ensuring information, tasks, and stakeholders are connected and nothing is overlooked.
- Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues and campus tenants regarding all organizational matters.
- Contribute to ensuring everyone feels comfortable and the location functions smoothly.
- Provide full support in planning, preparing, and executing events, from small roundtables to large summits.
- Actively participate on-site, including setup and teardown, organizing materials, and handling physical tasks with a team spirit.
- Contribute own ideas, bringing creativity, an eye for aesthetics, and new impulses.
- Manage material orders and inventory, as well as maintain office and event supplies.
- Communicate with suppliers and service providers.
- Gain insights into calculation and accounting.
- Assist in human resources, from document management to payroll processing.
Requirements
- Completed school education (at least a Hauptschulabschluss, preferably a mittlerer Schulabschluss).
- Good German language skills and enjoyment of English: Approximately half of our communication is in English, and you should be eager to use, practice, and improve your English daily. The job interview will also be partially conducted in English.
- Proficient computer skills and openness to digital tools (MS Office, and ideally AI tools – we will show you how).
- Organizational talent, diligence, and a desire to maintain an overview.
- Enjoyment of actively participating in our events, including setup and carrying items.
- Friendly, open demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with people.

- 1st year of apprenticeship: €1,200 monthly, gross
- 2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,300 monthly, gross
- 3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,400 monthly, gross
