About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of projects focused on AI systems, from initial concept to technical implementation. You will develop concrete AI solution approaches, considering the requirements of demanding, regulated environments. You will select appropriate tools based on the project context and verify their feasibility in real-world scenarios. When designing complex systems, you will keep ethical principles and legal requirements in mind and integrate them into your architectural decisions. You will actively participate in customer meetings, structuring discussions and decision-making processes. Additionally, you will strengthen teams in software engineering through practical knowledge transfer and support their development.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable background.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in conceptualizing, accompanying, and co-designing IT projects, particularly in public administration.
- Clear, open communication and a confident demeanor.
- Proficiently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate results, and help clients and adessi leverage AI potential.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
