About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Detailer. This role is crucial for upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry, ensuring the health and safety of customers through exceptional cleaning practices.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors.
• Check fuel level and warning lights.
• Inspect windshield for damage.
• Perform factory reset/restore of vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
• Check for customer items and place valuable items in Lost & Found.
• Verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed.
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exterior for any damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report any issues.
• Pull vehicles out of the prep processing area as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed and potentially transport them to and from branches.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the site, including interior and exterior cleaning of branch locations.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• If under 21, must have zero moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
