Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, repair, and maintenance on building and utility systems, as well as operational facilities.
- Contribute to planning and maintaining operational readiness according to specifications.
- Proactively support improvement projects within your area of responsibility.
- Resolve disruptions, including participating in an on-call rotation within a 3-shift system.
- Independently carry out minor installations and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct vulnerability analyses and initiate measures to address identified deficiencies in facilities.
- Independently contact and manage external companies.
- Maintain system documentation.
- Manage spare parts inventory and associated ordering processes.
- Comply with legal regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or technician (m/f/d) in the aforementioned fields, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Ideally, knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation (MSR) technology and building management systems.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge in handling and maintaining building and operational technology systems, particularly in clinic and laboratory environments, is desirable.
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in PC use and standard applications (MS Office).
