Responsibilities
- Support deal teams in preparing businesses for market, executing, and negotiating sell-side and buy-side transactions.
- Utilize financial expertise and negotiation skills in deal execution and completion.
- Work collaboratively within a collegiate team environment.
- Play a key role in supporting transaction execution and contributing to multiple projects.
- Have a major impact on clients and the firm, maintaining high-level standards and quality.
- Work on the full client project lifecycle, from opportunity sourcing to pitch and completion.
- Assist in collating and analyzing financial and commercial data to support transactions.
- Draft information memoranda and marketing materials for the sale process.
- Prepare client presentations and pitch documents, including credentials.
- Assist in valuing companies using public company comparisons, precedent transactions, and discount cash flow.
- Work closely with sector teams to develop industry-specific expertise.
- Develop yourself and others, driving personal development with support from a people manager.
Requirements
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CIPFA, or CFA) or demonstrable relevant experience in M&A.
- Proven background in a similar role.
- Experience gained within a UK professional services environment or relevant UK Advisory firm.

- Competent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of financial statements analysis
