About the Role
We are seeking a warm and caring Nursery Practitioner to join our team, following EYFS guidelines with a focus on children's safety and happiness. We encourage practitioners to lead with heart in nurturing, playing, and connecting with children.
Responsibilities
- Leading joyful, activity-filled sessions guided by EYFS
- Keeping parents warmly in the loop with observations and next steps
- Making mealtimes a happy part of the day
- Bringing kindness and teamwork to everything you do
- Keeping safety and wellbeing at the centre of every day
Requirements
- A genuine passion for nurturing children
- A full, relevant Level 3+ early years qualification
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C / Level 5 or above
- Experience with children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Successful candidate will be subject to a DBS, reference and social media checks
