About the Role

We are a startup digital agency focused on agentic-first and AI-native systems. You will work across changing projects and settings, on long builds and shorter spikes, helping to rethink how agency work is done. We are looking for engineers excited by turning AI models into reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM integrations, agents, and RAG pipelines.
• Treat prompt engineering as a code discipline.
• Make systems reliable through evaluation, guardrails, and solid testing.
• Own an AI feature end-to-end, including error paths and guardrails.
• Build evaluation harnesses to prove quality.
• Use AI coding tools autonomously in production.
• Contribute to the shared AI backbone.
• Define the integration shape, multi-agent architecture, and orchestration.
• Define the evaluation strategy and guardrails.
• Write ADRs to document technical decisions.
• Contribute patterns and skills back to the shared backbone.
• Mentor other engineers.
• Use AI to define new ways of working.
• Build for inheritance and replaceable layers.
• Act as an AI evangelist.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and strategists.
• Collaborate directly with clients.

Requirements

• Experience building with LLMs or AI systems in production (integration, agents, RAG, or similar).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Confidence designing and working with APIs.
• A habit of treating prompt engineering as a code discipline.
• A real understanding of evaluation, guardrails, and reliability.
• A solid grasp of testing and quality; build systems that hold up under real use.
• A genuine interest in agentic systems and the future of AI.
• Judgement to apply AI well.
• Openness to collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Enjoy being part of a team.
