About the Role

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist/Data Entry Clerk for their Digital Operations team. In this central role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and indexing of physical and digital assets, adhering strictly to Iron Mountain standards and processes to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of customer information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the timely execution of customer orders, including preparing files and data carriers for transport to and from the customer, per the service description.
  • Support the entire archive management process through precise data entry per archive object and secure in- and out-storage of documents, folders, and boxes in the high-bay warehouse.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Iron Mountain standards, internal processes, and the special duty of confidentiality due to the confidential nature of the processed transactions.

Requirements

  • Class B driver's license.
  • First experience in an administrative area is an advantage.
  • Structured and self-reliant way of working.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.

Skills

  • Proficient knowledge in a warehouse management system and in EDP-supported documentation (e.g., indexing, preparation, scanning, creation of delivery notes, affixing barcodes).
  • Strong team and communication skills.
