About the Role

The Manager, SME Business Complete Product owns the product strategy and roadmap for SME Business Complete, Mastercard's integrated value proposition that drives product completeness, cross-sell, and customer stickiness across issuing and acceptance. This role leads 0→1 product development, validates product-market fit through structured pilots, and serves as the strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams at the C-level.

  • Drive "Right-to-Win" validation by building business cases, piloting in priority markets, and establishing KPIs to measure product-market fit before scaling.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams — presenting product roadmaps and performance to C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management/strategy, ideally in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building 0→1 products and scaling post-validation across multiple markets.
