About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Decorator to join our Facilities team. This role involves carrying out out-of-hours decoration works across our group of children's nurseries, ensuring high standards of finish, completing planned redecoration works, and supporting refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality internal painting and decorating.
- Prepare surfaces, including filling, sanding and making good.
- Complete touch-up and remedial decorating following maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Travel between nursery locations as required.
- Work independently while delivering consistently high standards of workmanship.
Requirements
- Previous professional decorating experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.
- Reliable, trustworthy and flexible with working hours.
- Must undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
