About the Role

The project "Brücken bauen" (Building Bridges) is aimed at hard-to-reach young people, guiding them back to the support system and a professional perspective through outreach counseling and intensive relationship work.

Responsibilities

• Outreach work, possibility for streetwork
• Intensive relationship work
• Individual counseling and group activities
• Anamnesis, care planning, and reporting
• Supporting the target group in developing a sustainable professional perspective
• Referral counseling and collaboration with the support system
• Accompanying to appointments and assistance with application processes
• Independent work style and contribution to project development

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience working with young people
• Experience with streetworking / outreach social work is desirable
• Foreign language skills in Arabic, Turkish, or Ukrainian are an advantage
