About the Role

Drive adoption and scaling of LLM/GenAI services, establish Responsible AI and compliance, ensure solution quality and operations, and lead AI/GenAI programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and scaling by selecting LLM/GenAI services and patterns, tracking KPIs and value, and supporting presales with proposals, estimates, and demos.
• Establish Responsible AI and compliance by implementing practical governance and policies, ensuring human-in-the-loop, and maintaining auditability.
• Ensure solution quality and operations by minimizing hallucinations, increasing robustness, controlling costs and latency, implementing guardrails, structured testing, and smooth handover to operations.
• Lead AI/GenAI programs end-to-end by managing scope, budget, timeline, quality, and risks, and guiding stakeholders from PoC/MVP to successful rollout.
• Identify and prioritize suitable AI use cases by moderating structured workshops and developing clear business cases and roadmaps that deliver measurable added value.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams by ensuring smooth collaboration and reliable delivery.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in executing and leading AI transformation programs from initial idea through PoC and MVP to scalable rollout.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in developing AI solutions.
• Sound communication and organizational skills.
• Effective team development in AI projects.
• Solution-oriented approach and ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to remain calm in complex AI projects.
• Continuous learning of new knowledge about trends, technologies, and tools.
• Support customers in building AI capabilities, governance structures, and sustainable operating models.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
