About the Role
As a Working Student Marketing, you will be part of a small, dynamic team within our digital health portfolio, working at the heart of marketing operations. You will be self-organized, think structurally, and possess a hands-on mentality to ensure reliable and timely execution of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure structured and timely execution of operational marketing tasks in daily business.
- Conduct regular competitor analyses (e.g., pricing, brand presence, messaging, ad creative routes, funnels, content, and owned social media channels) to stay up-to-date.
- Take on project-related tasks, including content, campaigns, and event/trade show support, while maintaining an overview of topics, timings, and next steps.
- Assist in the design and creation of marketing materials and actively contribute own ideas.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree, in the transition phase between Bachelor and Master, or have already completed your studies, ideally related to Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or similar, or possess relevant experience through other means.
- Organized and structured way of working.
- Strong hands-on mentality and proactive approach to tasks.
- Comfortable using AI/LLMs and interested in pragmatically solving tasks with them.
- Enjoy operational execution and project-oriented work.
- Ability to maintain an overview of multiple parallel tasks and drive topics independently.
- Confident communication in German and English (minimum C1).
