About the Role
You will own the secure, multi-tenant infrastructure end-to-end, from GitOps to compliance controls, in a hands-on role shaping an ambitious AI operating system for security-conscious industries.
Responsibilities
- Own the GitOps deployment backbone using Argo CD
- Manage Kubernetes on AWS (EKS) across production environments
- Maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform/OpenTofu and Terragrunt
- Architect and manage multi-tenant, per-customer isolated environments
- Oversee security and compliance posture including secrets management, access controls, and infrastructure hardening
- Implement observability including telemetry, metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
- Ensure system reliability and manage incident response and operational runbooks
- Develop CI/CD and release automation
- Improve developer experience for deployment and debugging
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure
- Proven experience owning production systems, specifically multi-tenant or customer-specific environments
- Deep fluency with Kubernetes, AWS, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining infrastructure at a high standard
- Ability to explain complex tradeoffs simply without over-engineering
- Experience balancing speed, security, cost, and reliability
