About the Role

You will be responsible for data-driven solutions or components thereof, analyzing requirements with clients and stakeholders, and developing innovative solution ideas. You will create compelling concepts for solution ideas, collaborate with data architects and data engineers, and support the development of data-driven solutions. You will also be responsible for selecting technologies and providers in the Data & Analytics field.

Create concepts for solution ideas for alignment with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with data architects to concretize concepts.
Prepare realization with data engineers.
Support the development of data-driven solutions.
Design all implementation details in alignment with clients and stakeholders.
Responsible for the selection of technologies and providers in Data & Analytics.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for Data & Analytics trends, technologies, and tools.
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Strong knowledge in classic BI and DWH concepts as well as modern Data & Analytics platforms.
Proficient SQL skills and experience in data modeling.
Ideally, practical experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Experience in consulting.
Strong communication and moderation skills.
Target-group-oriented stakeholder management.
Proficient in agile working methods.
Structured in requirements management and conception.
In-depth AI expertise.
Actively shape the responsible use of AI within your area of responsibility.
Act as an enabler for clients and internally at adesso.
Very good German and good English language skills for confident communication.
