Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join their dynamic team. This role involves working on various household and commercial appliances, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of residential and commercial appliances.
- Conduct routine inspections of appliances to identify and address potential problems.
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Order necessary parts and manage job-related inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair work.
- Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV).
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA Certification is required for technicians working on refrigeration systems.
- Must complete a brief onboarding with a vendor representative before receiving work.
- Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills.
- Must have necessary job tools for a wide range of appliance repair tasks.
