About the Role

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking dynamic technicians to represent the company and provide excellent service in the field, specializing in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and HVAC).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
