About the Role
As a Program Lead within the context of program management, you will be the central point of contact for our clients at the C-level, confidently guiding large, international delivery teams through challenging transformation projects. Your combination of deep SAP expertise, strong consulting skills, and personal maturity will build trust, stability, and ensure sustainable project success.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for large SAP S/4HANA programs across all SAP Activate phases
- Management of scope, time, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies in complex S/4HANA template and global rollout projects
- Trustful collaboration with C-level stakeholders, program sponsors, and steering committees in national and international setups, including active expectation and escalation management
- Coaching and mentoring of project leads and consultants as a stabilizing leadership personality and sparring partner
- Contribution to the further development of our SAP portfolio, delivery standards, industrialized and AI-supported project implementation, and proposal work
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SAP Project or Program Lead in complex transformation projects
- Proven responsibility for at least one complete SAP S/4HANA end-to-end project
- Deep functional expertise in a core SAP area (e.g., Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, HR, Production & Manufacturing) complemented by knowledge of current AI and future technologies
- Strong consulting and leadership skills with a confident presence at top management level, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High resilience, conflict resolution skills, and understanding of project metrics, economic efficiency, and contract logic
- Very good German and English language skills
