About the Role
This role goes beyond campaign execution. You'll work closely with brand and marketing stakeholders across Bauer's audio portfolio to influence CRM strategy, deliver audience engagement initiatives and improve customer experiences across multiple channels. If you enjoy stakeholder management, relationship building and creating CRM campaigns that deliver measurable impact, you'll thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
- Delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
- Working directly with brand stakeholders to support marketing plans
- Coordinating campaign production and deployment
- Managing campaign schedules and priorities
- Supporting reporting and performance analysis
- Sharing CRM best practice across brands
- Identifying opportunities to improve audience engagement
- Supporting the evolution of lifecycle-led marketing activity
- Building strong internal stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Previous CRM campaign management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
Skills
