About the Role
Join a Corporate Finance team focused on Equity Capital Markets, public and private M&A, and strategic investments. You will work directly with clients on complex, high-value transactions, helping businesses raise capital, execute acquisitions, and navigate regulatory environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive Equity Capital Markets transactions including IPOs, secondary fundraisings, and rights issues.
- Lead public and private M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Negotiate and draft transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and governance arrangements.
- Coordinate cross-border deal teams.
- Guide listed companies through UK Listing Rules, governance requirements, and Takeover Code obligations.
Requirements
- U.K.-qualified solicitor.
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience advising on Corporate Finance, ECM, or M&A transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring junior lawyers.
