About the Role
The HR Assistant provides efficient administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the HR department, working closely with the HR team to support the studio in this highly detail-oriented role. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR function with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage standard HR correspondence, including contract extension letters, probationary letters, employment references, and change to terms and conditions letters.
- Perform HRIS inputting to maintain up-to-date employee information aligned with onboarding, job changes, and offboarding processes.
- Keep HR systems and spreadsheet trackers updated with employee details and changes.
- Liaise with Global HR Operations as necessary for tasks such as SAP, starters, and leavers reports.
Requirements
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, particularly during demanding workloads.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in a high-demand environment.
Skills
- CIPD qualification or interest in working towards CIPD qualification
- Experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms) beneficial
- Experience of Mac beneficial
- Knowledge of HR databases including SAP and Workday would be advantageous
