About the Role
The Oncology Healthcare Lead (OHL) position is for a passionate individual who can simplify complexity and thrive in a matrix organization. The Oncology Business Unit's mission is to ensure eligible UK patients have sustainable access to its portfolio of indications. This role offers an opportunity to enhance customer-facing skills and lead initiatives that help patients receive optimal treatment, positioning the company as a trusted Oncology partner.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and collaborating to solve pathway and capacity challenges.
- Leading system transformation and strategic partnerships in line with Pan Tumour Treatment Rate and brand strategies.
- Implementing the regional market access plan for Oncology.
- Building trusted, collaborative relationships and partnerships with relevant stakeholders by understanding their needs and priorities.
- Developing and employing strategies to build meaningful partnerships with regional customers for mutual benefit.
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration with the NHS.
- Utilizing intelligence to shape franchise strategy.
- Delivery of Advanced Budget Notifications when required.
Requirements
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of the regional health economy, public and population health priorities to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to ensure delivery of initiatives against agreed outcomes and timelines.
- Outstanding understanding of the NHS and broader health landscape, with the ability to make this knowledge relevant to the wider business.
- Outstanding network and communication skills.
- Ability to independently make trade-off choices to fit a product/service within a portfolio while developing or implementing a strategy.
- Valid Driving License.
