About the Role
As an Optician at Mister Spex, you will be responsible for customer experience, optical quality, and team spirit, making a difference on the floor and helping customers find their perfect eyewear.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding their ideal glasses.
- Represent the Mister Spex spirit on the floor.
- Perform eye exams and consultations using state-of-the-art technology.
- Determine prescription values and advise customers on lens packages.
- Conduct independent eyeglass consultations and anatomical adjustments.
Requirements
- Completed training as an optician with a journeyman's certificate.
- Previous experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
- Team player with a collaborative work style.
- Ability to align company goals with customer needs.
