About the Role
Allen Motor Group seeks a Transaction Manager for their Chery dealership in Romford. This role is crucial for driving sales, profitability, and ensuring compliance within the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Achieve targets in sold units, profitability, and finance for the team.
- Ensure full compliance with AMG, brand, and legislative standards.
- Develop and maintain the highest level of product knowledge.
- Conduct part exchange appraisals.
- Provide an exceptional buying experience from the outset.
Requirements
- Strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership.
- Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals.
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Experience delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance.
- A drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Full UK driving licence.
