About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurse to support two children in their home with complex clinical needs. This rewarding role centres on building a trusting relationship with the child and their family, while delivering high-quality, nurse-led care including TPN via central line, gastrostomy care, and medication management. You will play a key role in ensuring the children’s safety, comfort, and development, using your clinical skills and judgement to provide consistent, person-centred care in a warm home environment.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin.
- 3 years of experience as a fully qualified nurse.
- A background in Complex Care Nursing.
- Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate.
- Previous and recent paediatric complex nurse experience is essential.
- Experience with TPN is essential for this role.
