About the Role

Next Day Bath is seeking experienced bath installers for a 1099 Independent Contractor position. The role involves installing acrylic bath and shower systems, completing one-day bathroom remodels, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and respectful service.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in customers' homes
• Complete one-day bathroom remodels
• Perform basic carpentry, trim work, and light plumbing as needed
• Measure and prepare installation areas
• Keep the work area clean and treat customers' homes with respect
• Review the completed installation with the customer
• Take photos and complete required paperwork
• Maintain installation tools and equipment

Requirements

• Experience installing one-day bath or shower systems
• General carpentry or remodeling experience
• Basic plumbing knowledge is helpful
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Master installer experience is preferred
