About the Role
Heidelberg Materials Beton DE GmbH is seeking a Dispatcher for Berlin/Brandenburg to manage orders, plan vehicle logistics, and coordinate deliveries, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Accept and systematically record orders.
- Plan and dispatch ready-mix trucks and pumps, focusing on efficiency and cost.
- Coordinate deliveries, including confirming delivery dates with customers.
- Monitor ongoing orders and proactively address any delays.
- Organize external vehicles and process invoices.
- Ensure data quality and handle customer complaints.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
- High IT affinity and proficiency with digital systems.
- Process-oriented and organizational thinking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good geographical understanding.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
