About the Role
As Chief of Staff / Founders Associate, you will operate in the leadership orbit, working closely with the CEO to translate high-level vision into actionable outcomes. You will manage critical areas such as growth, hiring, finance, operations, and expansion, tackling ambiguous, high-stakes challenges that require rapid execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to experience and shape a category-defining AI company from the inside.
Responsibilities
- Act as a founder's force multiplier, carrying context and making decisions to maintain momentum.
- Establish operational cadences, processes, and communication loops to enable scalable growth.
- Develop and implement AI-native workflows to automate processes.
- Build and execute the hiring plan to recruit top talent, ensuring the team raises the bar.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and key performance indicators to provide clear insights to leadership and the board.
- Lead strategic projects, including new market entry, pricing architecture, and partnership development.
- Own the fundraising process, including data rooms, narratives, and investor updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-intensity environments such as top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, a fast-paced VC-backed startup, or as a founder.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to chaotic situations and build sustainable systems for speed.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, P&L management, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts and financial data to diverse audiences.
- High degree of initiative and ability to thrive in ambiguity, proactively identifying and owning problems.
- Daily use of AI tools and a clear perspective on operating an AI-first company.
- Fluent in English and German (C1+).
