About the Role

This 9-month fixed-term contract role sits at the intersection of Corporate FP&A and strategic finance, owning the consolidated financial picture across the portfolio. You will manage forecasting, reporting, and capital allocation, acting as the connective layer between corporate finance and brand FP&A teams. The role also involves integrating Eucalyptus into the parent company's finance function and managing one analyst, reporting to the CFO.

Responsibilities

  • Own consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting across the portfolio.
  • Provide monthly close reporting to ELT and board, including P&L vs budget, KPI packs, and variance commentary.
  • Manage the annual budget process and rolling reforecasts.
  • Develop capital allocation models and conduct scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Own the cadence of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Act as the primary connection between corporate FP&A and brand FBPs.
  • Consolidate brand-level inputs into a coherent group view, reconciling assumptions and ensuring consistency.
  • Support FBPs with modelling frameworks, templates, and analytical infrastructure.
  • Synthesize brand-level commercial performance into group-level narratives for ELT and board audiences.
  • Work directly with the HIM finance team during the integration of Eucalyptus into their group finance function.
  • Align Eucalyptus reporting, forecasting, and planning processes with HIM requirements and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary finance contact for integration workstreams.
  • Manage and develop one FP&A analyst.
  • Improve the quality and efficiency of financial reporting infrastructure.
  • Drive consistency in financial performance definition and communication across the business.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a mix of investment banking/consulting into a commercial finance role.
  • Experience owning consolidated forecasting and board-level reporting at a high-growth company.
  • Strong commercial instinct; ability to connect financial outputs to business decisions.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, including building complex multi-brand models from scratch.
  • Confident communication with senior stakeholders, simplifying complex information without losing rigor.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Exposure to finance integration work within an acquisition context is a plus.
