About the Role
Zynga is seeking a Coordinator to join the Licensing and Partnerships team in the Racing studio to work on the popular CSR Racing Franchise. This role is responsible for the coordination of contracts of all licensed content, working closely with Licensors and the Licensing Manager to ensure the successful release of licensed content.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the contract process for hundreds of external Licensors for all content appearing in games.
- Process contracts, including draft preparation, review of key terms, internal review submission, payment processing, and handling additional terms (COI, PLI etc.).
- Track contract progress and manage the review process, ensuring all contracts are moved along and priorities are kept.
- Prepare contract drafts from templates for the Licensing Manager.
- Coordinate the contract review process, ensuring timely progression and flagging delays.
- Manage applicable communication and delivery of contractual requirements from licensors.
- Onboard Licensors for payment, handle and process invoices, and raise purchase orders when required.
- Enter and track all contract statuses for stakeholders using automated workflows.
- Update release tracking from the development team and share potential risks to the License Manager for mitigation.
- Report updates weekly to the development team.
- Support the CSR Racing Franchise within the Licensing and Partnerships team.
- Act as a bridge to third-party Licensors, managing the approval process.
Requirements
- Ability to manage many brands to a deadline and be on point.
- Ability to review and highlight potential contractual issues.
- Experience with AirTable, 1Password, Beyond compare, IronClad, Google Suite, and Confluence.
- Elegant, straightforward, personable, and confident communication skills.
