About the Role

We are seeking experienced Cyber Security Associate Directors to join our growing global cyber team. This role is suited to a cyber security professional with strong experience across cyber strategy, risk, response and recovery, including advising organisations through incidents and supporting remediation and longer-term transformation. You will play a leading role in delivering client engagements, acting as a senior advisor to clients and working closely with Directors and Managing Directors to support clients through complex and high-stakes situations.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex cyber strategy, risk, response and recovery engagements, owning workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Act as a key advisor to clients during cyber incidents and high-pressure situations, supporting decision-making, coordination and recovery efforts
Drive cyber strategy, risk and resilience initiatives, including assessments, operating model design, and transformation roadmap development
Develop and present clear, structured insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment

Requirements

Strong track record of delivering complex cyber security engagements
Growing credibility as a senior advisor
Ability to bridge technical and strategic domains
Extensive experience across cyber strategy and risk and/or cyber response and recovery, with a track record of delivering complex engagements
Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage teams across multi-disciplinary, cross-border engagements
Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments
